I am 56 years of age, recently had a heart attack and have been told that cycling is a good
idea provided I don't cycle somewhere and then realise I'm too tired to cycle back.

It strikes me that an electric bike would help because, if the going got too tough, I could let
the battery take over.

Is this true? And if so, what type of bike would you recommend?
