Two things....

Building an ex factory bike takes me about an hour and I have a workshop, lots of specialist tools and a bit of experience. I'm not saying don't do it yourself but the bike will come with no instructions and no tools and will need just about everything checking and adjusting. If it is the first time you have worked on a bike then its best to get some help to make sure it is right before you go mixing it with the traffic!

One way of getting an indication of the style of a business is to put their postcode into google earth and then using street view to see what the place looks like. Can be quite informative, try it.
