If you came into my shop I would be pointing you towards the Ridgeback Element or the Ridgeback Dual Trek and that is simply because I am a Ridgeback dealer. If you look at the detailed specs on those bikes you will find a more even selection of components, at least in my view. There must be others available but I don't have the detailed knowledge of other makes.

The dual track has disc brakes but neither have suspension forks. Personally I agree with Ridgeback in that suspension forks are not needed on bikes designed for riding quickly with limited cross country off roading.
