Agree with cotterpin, that the tiagra spec level would be fine but the bike you have picked out is only partially tiagra. In addition I am not convinced about the BB30 bottom bracket because you will be stuck with it. At least with the conventional threaded bottom bracket you have options open to you for the future. Cannondale have a history of using their own design for routine components and whilst it might give you bragging rights in the pub it can give you headaches when things wear and need to be replaced .

I suggest you continue your search and look for something which is all to the tiagra spec. The name on the side is totally irrelevant.
