The Pashley is built in Britain, comes in a choice of three colours and has a Sturmey Archer five speed hub gear. Delivery is usually about 6 weeks but you may find one in a dealers window. It only comes in one frame size which is said to suit an inside leg from 28" to 33". The Dawes bikes are made in Cambodia and the 2010 Geneva is not available until the end of March, though you may find a 2009 model if you look. The new one will have a Shimano 7speed hub gear, front hub dynamo lighting, mudguards and pannier rack. It retails at £599.99 and is also available in a choice of frame sizes.

At the end of the day it is your choice, five or seven gears. I would advise you to try sitting on each to check the riding position, especially as there is only one frame size on the Pashley.
