Trying a Ridgeback 19" Meteor for men, with saddle at lowest point, my feet
barely touched the ground but standing flat footed I still had clearance from the crossbar.

Back on the saddle I could rest my heel on the pedal at its lowest point.

I was advised the frame was too big for me. My inside leg measurement is 30".

Was this good advice ?
