Sorry to hear about your problem with this company. It is a pity you did not look through the previous posting history on here before ordering. There are lterally dozens of complaints about them spanning the last few years.
This story is all too familiar with some of these mail order/internet companies who rely on the fact that they are a big distance from the customer so will do nothing with regards to warranty items. Unfortunately in law your complaint is solely with the selling dealer and so you cannot complain to the wholesaler/manufacturer which only illustrates the point that it is false economy to buy bikes on the internet. As soon as you put a spanner onto the bike to assemble it these firms have a "get out" that you caused the problem.
