"Clicking" noises are some of the hardest things to diagnose.

What I'd suggest from your video is that it is unlikely to be the rear cassette, simply because the click coincides with the pedal revolutions on both sides. Given gearing, the back wheel doesn't rotate at the same rate as the pedals so the repetition of the click would be out of sync with pedalling.

This in turn means that it related to one of either:
a damaged bearing face in one of the pedals (less likely as the click is evident every half rotation)
one or both crank bolts loose
one or both crank facings misshapen as the result of loose crank bolts
contact between moving and stationary parts (eg foot/heel onto frame or bottle cage etc)
damaged bearing/bearing face in bottom bracket assembly
